Information you provide
When you submit a service request, contact message, or employment interest, we collect your name, email address, message, and any optional details you provide. Service requests also collect the service category and location or city. Optional details can include an organization, phone number, requested start date, coverage preferences, and preferred contact method.
How information is used
Lakes Area Security uses submissions to evaluate requests, respond to inquiries, coordinate potential services, and review employment interest. Submission records are stored privately in a Neon Postgres database. There is no public submission lookup or public administration dashboard.
Hosting and security
Cloudflare provides website hosting and network security. Cloudflare and Neon process information needed to provide those services. Hosting systems may collect technical request information, such as IP addresses, request times, and error events. The application uses a keyed, non-reversible identifier derived from an IP address to limit form abuse; it does not store raw IP addresses in submission records.
A short-lived security cookie protects form submissions against unauthorized cross-site requests. No advertising trackers or website analytics are installed by this application.
Access, retention, and your choices
Submissions are accessible to authorized company operators through private operational tools. Information is kept while needed to handle inquiries, operate services, or meet applicable obligations, and may be deleted when no longer needed. Do not send sensitive personal or incident information through these forms.
To ask about access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, use the contact form. Please include your submission reference if available, without including sensitive information.
Changes
This page may be updated as the website and its services change. The effective date identifies the current version.
